Best Exercises For Weight Loss


Whether you are in it to lose 5 pounds or 50 pounds, weight loss can be challenging.

It seems like there are all of these success stories around us and yet we ourselves have the biggest challenge to accomplish it!

Now I hear you it's frustrating to all ends but that is until I figured out the perfect method for weight loss!

Yes, it has worked for me multiple times in my different phases of life. It worked when I wanted to slim down to race in triathlons, when I wanted to get healthier with my #endometriosis , and when I wanted to simply FEEL better in my skin.

So are you ready for the method??

Okay... here we go!

The secret to weight loss is exercise (cardio, weight training, sports, etc.) that you can consistently stick with over a longer period of time. That’s right!

The method to weight loss is literally what you can do the majority of the days of the week, days of the month, and days of the year. Now this does not mean that you have to do the same thing day in and day out… but what it does mean is to simplify exercise!

Get in the habit of thinking of exercise as movement and being able to be consistent with your goals. In fact I challenge you to move away from looking at how many pounds you can lose in a month and instead look at how many days of the month you can get a workout in. This will help build consistency and confidence in exercise and your relationship with it.

The key to weight loss is CONSISTENCY!


You will not lose weight if you only work out one day or that you dreamt of 50 pounds being lost overnight.

But what you can do is show up everyday (for the most part) and give it your best. The more you can do that, the more you can get stronger and the weight will shed off because you are moving your body.

Ignore everyone else and what they are doing, simply do what is best for you! How can YOU be the most active? How can YOU get stronger or faster??? What exercise do you enjoy the most?

Those are the kind of questions you should be asking yourself and stay in your own lane. Forget what anyone and everyone else is doing and just worry about you!
